We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Travel Workflow Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of travel experiences from start to finish. Using established systems, training, and digital tools, you'll coordinate travel arrangements, monitor booking progress, communicate with clients, and keep workflows running efficiently. What You'll Do
- Coordinate travel reservations, itineraries, and booking workflows
- Assist with planning flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, and transportation
- Organize travel documents, confirmations, and scheduling details
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and confirm reservation information
- Monitor booking progress and follow up on outstanding travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation
