The role: As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality procurement services across gas, electricity, and water. You’ll manage tenders, analyse and negotiate pricing, and issue recommendations aligned with clients’ risk strategies - all while staying one step ahead of industry changes and regulatory shifts.
You’ll need:
- Proven experience procuring flexible energy contracts
- Solid understanding of third-party costs, product structures, and contract mechanics
- An eye for detail and strong numerical skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and workload prioritisation
- Confident communication skills with both suppliers and clients
Bonus if you bring:
- Experience with TPIs or suppliers
- Knowledge of regulatory changes affecting flexible energy products
