Connectus Utilities supports commercial developers, housebuilders and construction partners by coordinating the delivery of essential gas, electricity, water and telecoms infrastructure.
Initially, roles will sit at Utilities Co‑ordinator level, with genuine scope to grow into more senior or team leadership roles. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating utility connections
- Managing stakeholders
- Keeping complex infrastructure projects on track from early planning through to delivery
Who This Could Suit:
- Experience in utilities, connections, infrastructure, M&E or a related engineering or project delivery environment
- Knowledge of UK utility networks and connection processes
- Ability to coordinate multiple parties, translate technical detail into clear actions, and keep projects moving forward against tight timescales
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with clients, network operators, contractors, and other parties
- Organised, naturally curious, and able to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of detail
