What You’ll Do

  • Working alongside an experienced Client Manager, you will support a portfolio of large industrial and commercial clients and act as their trusted day to day contact.
  • Handle and resolve client queries with clear, timely updates.
  • Keep site lists accurate, sharing changes with internal teams.
  • Set up new clients in our systems, manage LOAs and maintain clean data.
  • Issue reporting to agreed SLAs, from site lists to consumption and cost insights.
  • Liaise with suppliers by phone, email and Teams to progress outstanding issues.
  • Help book tenders across Fixed, Flex, Metering and Water and keep renewals on track.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in an Account Manager, Client Executive or similar client facing role within the energy sector.
  • Understanding of the UK energy market, ideally including flexible energy procurement.
  • Confidence building relationships with clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage several priorities and keep activity on track.
  • Comfortable using internal systems or CRM platforms and maintaining accurate client data.
  • A proactive and self driven approach, with the confidence to progress issues and keep clients informed.
  • A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a supportive team.
  • Clear and professional communication, with a friendly and dependable approach.
