What does a Client Manager do?

You’ll be the trusted face of Consultus for your portfolio of clients – building long‑term relationships, managing service delivery, and ensuring our support adds real value. Whether supporting mid‑sized businesses or embedded in enterprise accounts, you’ll be:

  • Leading client relationships with confidence and clarity
  • Managing client accounts, contract renewals and service delivery
  • Collaborating with internal delivery teams to meet client goals
  • Coaching and mentoring your dedicated Client Executive
  • Maintaining accurate systems and CRM records
  • Delivering regular client updates, reports and performance reviews
  • Spotting opportunities for growth and deeper engagement

You’ll take pride in delivering a responsive, reliable service that builds trust and strengthens client partnerships.
