What we typically look for:
- Previous experience within the energy sector is essential
- 6+ months’ experience in outbound B2B lead generation, telemarketing, business development, or sales
- Confidence discussing energy-related products, services, or market concepts with senior stakeholders
- A target-driven mindset with a clear motivation to maximise commission and earnings
- Proven ability to build strong business relationships and manage a sales pipeline
- Ambition, resilience, and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in energy and sustainability
What we offer (when roles are live):
- £25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
- Realistic and achievable OTE of £37k+, with top performers earning significantly more
