Join Consultus Care & Nursing as a Regional Live-In Care Specialist and provide exceptional, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. With over 60 years of experience and a CQC ‘Good’ rating, we’re a family-led company dedicated to supporting both our clients and our carers. We have multiple roles available across the South East region. Please specify your locality when applying. All new carers will attend a comprehensive 1-week training program in Tonbridge, with accommodation provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each client’s needs
  • Support clients with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity
  • Ensure clients’ safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times
  • Provide peace of mind to clients’ families through clear communication and compassionate care
  • Assist with light housekeeping, hygiene, and nutritious meal preparation
  • Accurately report, record, and maintain care records
  • Support clients with medication and liaise with healthcare professionals as needed
  • Collaborate with Care Consultants and fellow carers to ensure continuity of care
  • Monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Adapt to clients’ changing needs and undertake additional duties as required
  • Complete all mandatory and ongoing training provided by Consultus Care

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for caring and making a positive impact
  • Previous care experience is an advantage, but not essential - full training provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs
  • Commitment to attending a 1-week training program in Tonbridge (accommodation included)
  • Willingness to work across the South East region - please specify your locality in your application
  • Right to work in the UK
