We have multiple roles available across the South East region. Please specify your locality when applying.
All new carers will attend a comprehensive 1-week training program in Tonbridge, with accommodation provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each client’s needs
* Support clients with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity
* Ensure clients’ safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times
* Provide peace of mind to clients’ families through clear communication and compassionate care
* Assist with light housekeeping, hygiene, and nutritious meal preparation
* Accurately report, record, and maintain care records
* Support clients with medication and liaise with healthcare professionals as needed
* Collaborate with Care Consultants and fellow carers to ensure continuity of care
* Monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional wellbeing
* Adapt to clients’ changing needs and undertake additional duties as required
* Complete all mandatory and ongoing training provided by Consultus Care
Requirements
* Genuine passion for caring and making a positive impact
* Previous care experience is an advantage, but not essential-full training provided
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs
* Commitment to attending a 1-week training program in Tonbridge (accommodation included)
* Willingness to work across the South East region-please specify your locality in your application
* Right to work in the UK
