The predicted salary is between 48000 - 84000 £ per year.
Our client’s Employment team is small but successful and they are looking to recruit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who will head up the department.
The firm is lead by an entrepreneurial and supportive Managing Partner and they have an excellent in house marketing team. As a result of this, they have 3 very strong work streams providing Employment law work consisting of:

Settlement Agreements;
-
Contentious matters such as high calibre no win no fee claims for unfair dismissal; and
-
a growing client-base of employers to whom the firm provides advisory services
The team consists of a Trainee Solicitor and a Legal Secretary.
The candidate who joins the firm as Head of Employment will have plenty of work there to be done upon arrival and beyond that will also enjoy the full support of the Managing Partner and marketing team to grow the department in any direction they desire.
We are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have at least 5 years PQE in Employment law. Other requirements are:

background of providing an excellent legal service and client care

interest in any or all of the following areas: settlement agreements, unfair dismissal claims and/or employment advisory work
