About the job SECURITY OFFICER – £3000 JOINING BONUS – BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT
Permanent full or part-time roles.
Day shifts 8 am – 6 pm or 8 am – 8 pm starting at £19.50 per hour.
Nights 8 pm – 8 am at £22.50 per hour.
Overtime and bank holidays paid at £28.50 per hour.
Full time: 45–60 hours per week; part-time: 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to respond to potential threats or incidents.
- Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or disturbances and provide assistance as needed.
- Enforce centre policies and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons.
- Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, and unauthorized persons.
