SECURITY OFFICERS WANTED FOR BRADFORD FULL AND PART TIME PERMANENT WORK

LOCATION: BRADFORD

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis

PAY RATE: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour

Role Overview And Purpose: The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site. The role will be the public face of the security team and should always act with professionalism. A can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador of the site, delivering first-class guest-focused service each time.
  • Work as a team player in meeting guest needs and actively contributing to all departments.
  • Carry out regular patrols of the centre as detailed in site assignment instructions, being proactive at all times.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to assist visitors at the centre, proactively helping wherever opportunities arise.
  • Ensure all incidents are managed according to site policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with the site control room, react proactively to incidents, and ensure colleagues are fully briefed and supported.
  • Monitor and surveil suspicious individuals, log and report incidents in line with site/company policies.
  • Maintain vigilance and manage unauthorized access by banned individuals.
  • Adhere strictly to radio procedures.
  • Liaise closely with the Environmental Services team, delivering unified service and identifying opportunities for teamwork.
