LOCATION: BRISTOL

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis

PAY RATE: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour

Role Overview and Purpose

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site. The role is the public face of the security team and requires professionalism and a proactive attitude. Main duties include:

1. Being an ambassador of the site, delivering first-class guest-focused service.
2. Working as a team to meet guest needs and support all departments.
3. Conducting regular patrols as per site instructions, being proactive.
4. Looking for opportunities to assist visitors proactively.
5. Managing incidents according to site policies and procedures.
6. Liaising with the control room and reacting to incidents, supporting colleagues.
7. Monitoring human behavior and surveillance, logging incidents in line with policies.
8. Maintaining vigilance to prevent unauthorized access by banned individuals.
9. Adhering to radio procedures.
10. Collaborating with the Environmental Services team to deliver unified service.
