Senior Bureau Analyst
Responsibilities
- Onboarding clients to our Energy Hub platform
- Completing invoice validation and query reporting
- Raising and resolving queries with suppliers
- Processing changes of tenancies
- Creating and delivering monthly/scheduled recharge invoices to tenants
- Producing portfolio-wide cost and consumption reports and issuing to clients accordingly
- Assisting with and managing new connections and disconnections.
- Driving continual improvement in our billing systems and processes
- Ensuring that core processes are documented and that efficiencies are identified and implemented
- Attending client meetings with Procurement Analysts
- Development in this role will involve the recruitment of analysts to expand the bureau service team and ensure a best‑in‑class service.

Qualifications / Experience
- 3‑years experience working in the Energy industry or similar is desirable
- Familiarity with energy supplier systems and billing
