Location: Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Marylebone clinics, London
Hours: Up to 18 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £15-£17 per hour

Schedule:
- Monday AM: Chelsea clinic
- Monday PM: Knightsbridge clinic (as agreed)
- Wednesday AM and Friday AM: Marylebone clinic
Shifts are a maximum of 6 hours
Responsibilities:
- As a Surgical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless clinic operations and exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Using your independent and interpersonal skills to manage patient care and clinic logistics effectively.
- Supporting patients in their surgical and non-surgical journeys, including answering enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Greeting and assisting patients in the clinic, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Booking appointments and managing patient expectations.
- Utilising and maintaining proficiency in Pabau CRM systems and aesthetics-focused training.
- Adhering to escalation policies, communicating effectively with senior staff when required.
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance the clinics brand presence in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
- Providing support in marketing and social media efforts to engage and grow the clinics audience.
Requirements:
- This position is open to candidates with proven experience in aesthetics or cosmetic surgery clinics only. Additional requirements include:
- Immediate availability for the right candidate.
- High levels of organisation, ambition, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Pabau CRM systems, marketing, social media, and general Microsoft processes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for contributing to the growth of a leading aesthetic practice.
