We’re recruiting on behalf of an international company at the forefront of innovation in aesthetic devices, injectables, and advanced skincare solutions. As they expand across the UK, we’re seeking a dynamic marketing professional to take ownership of national marketing efforts and lead with impact.
About the Role
In this pivotal field-based role, you will lead the UK marketing strategy – from product launches and B2B campaigns to educational events and digital engagement. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong industry insight and a hands-on approach to execution.
Reporting directly to the UK General Manager, you will collaborate with global teams, sales, KOLs, and training functions to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a UK marketing plan that aligns with international brand direction
- Deliver integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate demand
- Support training strategies and coordinate events, workshops, and congresses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry experts
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, CRM, and content development
- Create and distribute sales-support materials and promotional communications
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to maintain consistency and maximise campaign impact
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing within the aesthetic, beauty, or medical wellness sectors
- A strong grasp of both clinical messaging and lifestyle branding
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
- Marketing qualification desirable; sales experience is a valuable bonus
- Must have a full, clean UK driving licence and be flexible with national travel
