Senior Environment & Energy Sustainability Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Lead client engagements in the Energy & Utilities sector, advising on business growth, energy transition, and operational efficiency. Deliver strategic solutions across key areas, including Energy Strategy, Operating Model, Project & Programme Management, Readiness & Transformation, Supply Chain, Transaction Support, and Carbon Capture. Conduct deep-dive industry analysis to identify market opportunities and develop actionable recommendations. Develop and implement transformation strategies to help clients navigate regulatory, technological, and environmental challenges. Collaborate with engineering, sustainability, and digital teams to deliver holistic, data-driven solutions. Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to a high-performance culture. Your Profile: Currently working at a consulting firm, with a proven track record in strategy, operations, or transformation projects. Extensive experience in Energy & Utilities, with expertise in one or more of the focus areas. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing senior decision-makers. Leadership and project management capabilities, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
