We are looking for Process Intelligence and Process Mining experts to join a leading digital transformation consultancy. The team helps organisations uncover operational inefficiencies, improve performance, and drive measurable transformation outcomes through data-led insight and advanced analytics. You will work across client engagements spanning strategy through to execution, helping embed process mining as a core capability within operating models. This position is suitable for professionals operating at Consultant through to Director level, with responsibility scaling from delivery to shaping propositions and owning client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end process mining and process intelligence programmes, from discovery through to value realisation.
- Work with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business challenges and design scalable process mining solutions.
- Translate complex process data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive audiences.
- Define, prioritise, and deliver transformation initiatives aligned to client strategy and operational goals.
- Build and manage trusted client relationships, acting as a key advisor on process optimisation and digital transformation.
- Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Develop robust business cases, ROI frameworks, and value tracking mechanisms for transformation programmes.
- Contribute to presales activity including proposals, RFPs, client pitches, and solution shaping (increasing with seniority).
Requirements
- Experience in process mining, process intelligence, BPM, or operational transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of process mining tools and methodologies (e.g. Celonis, Signavio, ARIS or equivalent).
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and convert findings into commercial and operational insight.
- Experience delivering or supporting large-scale transformation programmes in consulting or client-side environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business and technology leaders.
- Ability to structure problems, build hypotheses, and communicate findings clearly and credibly.
- Experience contributing to commercial outcomes through delivery excellence and/or client engagement.
- SC clearance eligibility (UK residency requirements apply).
