The firm advises leading pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech organisations across high-impact strategic and commercial challenges, including asset strategy, launch excellence, patient and customer value, market access, commercial transformation and operating model design. Their work spans the full product lifecycle, from Phase II/III strategy through to post-launch growth and optimisation.

The business combines deep scientific expertise with strategy consulting, digital and AI-enabled capabilities, supporting a prestigious client base including Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Roche, AbbVie, GSK, Takeda, Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Gilead.
