A fast-growing specialist deal advisory firm is expanding its Integration & Separation capability and is looking to hire experienced Directors, Senior Managers and Managers to support increasing demand from Corporate and Private Equity clients. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial team advising on complex transactions across the full deal lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading integration and separation engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Supporting synergy analysis, carve-outs, TSA planning and value creation initiatives
- Working directly with C-suite stakeholders, PE investors, bankers and deal teams
- Helping shape and grow a rapidly expanding advisory platform
We’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in integration, separation or M&A advisory across complex transactions, with exposure to both corporate and private equity environments. Strong understanding of the operational, financial and organisational challenges associated with carve-outs, integrations and standalone readiness.
- Experienced in transaction diligence, assessing integration and separation risks, identifying critical dependencies and developing practical mitigation plans to support deal execution.
- Strong analytical capability across synergy assessment and separation cost modelling, with the ability to evaluate how changes to the business operating model impact financial performance and operational delivery.
- Strong consulting and client-facing skills
- Exposure to Industrials, Business Services or Life Sciences highly desirable
- Commercially minded individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments
