The successful candidate will lead large-scale change and adoption programmes focused on Microsoft Modern Work technologies, including Microsoft 365, Viva, M365 Copilot, and Agentic solutions. Accountability includes complex delivery, senior stakeholder management, and the growth of the firm's change and adoption capability.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Innovation: Shape visions for Modern Work and workplace AI adoption. Create differentiated propositions aligned with client business objectives and workforce maturity.
- Complex Delivery: Take full accountability for leading large-scale change programmes, including M365 migrations and Copilot rollouts. Manage delivery risks, interdependencies, and change fatigue.
- Client Leadership: Build and grow a robust client portfolio. Identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and lead business development activities such as proposals and pitches.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and mentoring cross‐functional teams.
- Market Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and their implications for client environments.
- Consulting Background: Extensive experience within a major management consulting firm or an equivalent internal consulting role within a large organisation.
- Change Leadership: Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation and change and adoption programmes.

- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in developing and growing consulting pipelines across multiple accounts and markets.
