This role focuses on helping clients realise business value through digital workplace investments, sitting at the intersection of technology, people, and organisational change.

The successful candidate will lead large-scale change and adoption programmes focused on Microsoft Modern Work technologies, including Microsoft 365, Viva, M365 Copilot, and Agentic solutions. They will shape visions for Modern Work and workplace AI adoption, manage delivery risks, interdependencies, and change fatigue.

Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams.

Change Leadership: Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation and change and adoption programmes. Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders regarding strategic investments in workplace technologies and AI solutions.

Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in developing and growing consulting pipelines across multiple accounts and markets. Strong understanding of Microsoft Modern Work technologies. Awareness of AI development methodologies, emerging trends, and ethical considerations (including bias and fairness).
