Consulting Point is an international search and consulting business focused on the management consulting market. We work with leading strategy consulting firms, advisory businesses and private equity backed organisations. As part of our continued growth, we are increasingly focused on how AI, automation and modern systems can improve the way high-performance businesses operate.
We are hiring a Graduate AI Systems & Operations Analyst to work directly with leadership across operational systems, workflows, reporting, automation and AI-enabled business processes. This is a systems and operations-focused role within a commercial executive search environment. You will work with consultants and leadership to gather, structure and operationalise information across the business, improve how processes and workflows function internally, and help scale operational activities through automation, AI tools and systems improvement.
The role will involve workflow automation, operational analytics, reporting, CRM optimisation, systems integration and AI-enabled research processes. This is not a software engineering role. However, it is built for somebody who naturally thinks in systems, understands workflows intuitively and already spends significant time using AI tools, testing technologies and improving how things work.
The role is best suited to somebody who naturally builds, tests and improves systems independently. This could include automating workflows, experimenting with AI tools, improving operational processes, connecting systems or building lightweight internal tools that make businesses operate more effectively.
Requirements
- You will already have hands-on experience of:
- Working across structured data, operational systems, workflows, reporting tools or databases
- Using AI tools extensively in a practical way
- Building workflows or automations using no-code or low-code platforms
- Understanding how systems, APIs and data structures interact
- Improving operational processes through technology and automation
- Working across multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
- You will be:
- Highly logical and analytically rigorous
- Technically fluent and systems-minded
- Fast at learning and implementing new technologies
- Naturally focused on efficiency, logic and optimisation
- Commercially aware and operationally focused
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
