A leading consultancy is seeking experienced Agile Business Analysts to join its digital excellence team. This is an opportunity to work on impactful transformation projects, particularly within the government sector, supporting user-centred design and agile delivery at scale.
As an Agile Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end digital services. You will work in multi-disciplinary agile teams, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, while ensuring alignment with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
Responsibilities:- Support clients in understanding how, where, and why to apply new digital technologies and platforms
- Translate user needs and business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Deliver high-quality digital products and services that provide measurable value
- Work as part of an agile scrum team across research, design, development, and testing
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating collaboration across teams
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and support the team in achieving delivery goals

- Experience working in multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum teams from discovery through to delivery
