The Opportunity Consulting Point is representing a premier global management consultancy currently reimagining the future of HR through next-generation services. This practice is integrating Agentic AI and intelligent automation with Oracle HCM Cloud to transform HR from a transactional function into a strategic enabler of business growth. We are seeking experienced transformation consultants to lead complex, human-centric programmes for FTSE 100 and public sector clients.

The Mandate: Business-Led HR Transformation

Unlike traditional implementation roles, this position focuses on the business and HR perspective of digital change. You will guide clients through the complexities of Oracle HCM Cloud adoption, ensuring that technology serves as a vehicle for operational excellence and personalised employee journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on HR operating models and industry best practices, using Oracle HCM programme experience to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead business readiness and functional workstreams during full-lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations.

  • Oracle HCM Expertise: Proven track record in full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Talent, or Payroll). While this is not a hands-on configuration role, a functional understanding of the platform is required for credible client advisory.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond platform-specific implementation to broader HR transformation and intelligent automation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
