You will be responsible for architecting customer-centric, agile solutions that leverage modern cloud-native technologies and advanced AI capabilities to meet complex business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect AI-enabled solutions incorporating LLM-based assistants, multi-agent orchestration, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector search.
  • Perform rapid prototyping and technical feasibility assessments to prove the value of new propositions through MVPs and pilots.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and scrum teams to provide technical leadership and support throughout iterative development cycles.
  • Advise client stakeholders on the business value of AI adoption, including the required organisational, data, and process changes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI models through the design of grounding strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
  • Support business development through contribution to proposals, RFPs, and the development of new market offerings.
  • Mentor and coach junior architects, contributing to the growth of the internal digital architecture community.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering digital solutions on one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Deep understanding of cloud services and components, including PaaS, SaaS, serverless computing, and microservices architectures.
  • Strong hands-on capability to build and test applications, assess cloud-native services, and develop prototypes alongside front-end developers.
  • Experience operating in Agile environments, balancing iterative delivery with necessary governance and control processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of DevOps and the challenges associated with integrating modern digital services within legacy environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring or line managing technical teams in a consulting or professional services setting.

Desirable Experience

  • Familiarity with specific cloud-native AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Gemini.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt chaining, and model fine-tuning techniques.
  • Experience with multi-agent orchestration and advanced vector search implementations.
  • Understanding of user-centric design principles and their impact on technical architecture.
