We are looking for talented Business Change Senior Consultants or Managers to join a leading digital transformation consultancy within its Modern Workplace practice. This role focuses on enabling people-centric change across workplace transformation programmes, helping clients redefine how work gets done through improved collaboration, productivity, and employee experience driven by modern digital tools and new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the development and delivery of end-to-end change strategies for Modern Workplace transformation programmes.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities, identifying key personas, behaviours, and adoption risks across the organisation.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and change journeys aligned to user needs.
- Design and deliver targeted change interventions to drive awareness, adoption, and sustained behavioural change.
- Define and track adoption metrics and success measures, using feedback and behavioural insight to continuously improve approach.
- Collaborate closely with communications and training teams to deliver a consistent and effective user experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, ensuring the voice of the user is embedded throughout programme delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and engagement activities to build alignment and drive buy-in.
- Support client capability building by coaching change champions and embedding sustainable ways of working.
- Contribute to internal capability development through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and development of change assets.
Requirements
- Experience delivering business change within Modern Workplace, digital workplace, or end-user technology transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology audiences, including senior leadership.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption planning activities.
- Comfortable working in Agile, SAFe, or other iterative delivery environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to simplify complex change concepts.
- Experience operating in fast-paced consulting or client environments with competing priorities.
- Ability to design and deliver user adoption and behavioural change interventions.
- Experience supporting employee experience or digital workplace adoption programmes (e.g. Microsoft 365, collaboration tools).
Desirable Experience
- Familiarity with Modern Workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, or ServiceNow.
- Understanding of behavioural science, organisational change, or human-centred design principles.
- Experience defining and tracking adoption metrics, KPIs, or employee experience measures.
- Experience contributing to change frameworks, toolkits, or internal capability development.
