This role focuses on helping clients realise business value through digital workplace investments, sitting at the intersection of technology, people, and organisational change.

The successful candidate will lead large-scale change and adoption programmes focused on Microsoft Modern Work technologies, including Microsoft 365, Viva, M365 Copilot, and Agentic solutions. Accountability includes complex delivery, senior stakeholder management, and the growth of the firm’s change and adoption capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Innovation: Shape visions for Modern Work and workplace AI adoption. Create differentiated propositions aligned with client business objectives and workforce maturity.
  • Complex Delivery: Take full accountability for leading large-scale change programmes, including M365 migrations and Copilot rollouts. Manage delivery risks, interdependencies, and change fatigue.
  • Client Leadership: Build and grow a robust client portfolio. Identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and lead business development activities such as proposals and pitches.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and mentoring cross‑functional teams.
  • Market Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and their implications for client environments.

Required Profile

  • Consulting Background: Extensive experience within a major management consulting firm or an equivalent internal consulting role within a large organisation.
  • Change Leadership: Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation and change and adoption programmes.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders regarding strategic investments in workplace technologies and AI solutions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in developing and growing consulting pipelines across multiple accounts and markets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft Modern Work technologies. Awareness of AI development methodologies, emerging trends, and ethical considerations (including bias and fairness).
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate the value of change propositions and business outcomes.
