The Role
We are looking for a curious and motivated person to join our London team as an Associate Consultant. You will work with senior partners on live projects and learn how executive search really works from day one. This is a fast paced role that suits someone who is analytical, commercially aware and confident communicating with senior professionals.
What You Will Do
- Research consulting markets and identify potential candidates and clients
- Support partners on live searches and client assignments
- Write clear, accurate summaries and maintain quality data within our CRM and AI tools
- Speak with candidates and clients to understand their goals and motivations
- Contribute to reports and insights that help clients make hiring decisions
What You Will Bring
- Strong academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Digital confidence and the ability to work across data platforms and CRM systems
- Curiosity, commercial awareness and strong problem solving skills
- Energy, integrity and a genuine appetite to learn quickly
Some experience in recruitment, sales or consulting is helpful but not essential. We hire for mindset and motivation first.
