Agile Delivery Consultant ( Agile Coach)
We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Consultant to join a growing consulting practice helping clients transform the way they deliver products and services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of delivery, coaching, and cultural change. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that partners with organisations across sectors to shape how they build digital products, lead high-performing teams, and embed agile ways of working.

This role involves leading product delivery using agile methods and frameworks, running engaging Scrum ceremonies, and helping teams overcome blockers.
Responsibilities
- Leading product delivery using agile methods and frameworks.
- Running engaging Scrum ceremonies and helping teams overcome blockers.
- Coaching individuals, teams, and senior leaders to adopt and sustain agile practices.
- Driving cultural change, enabling organisations to work in a more transparent, adaptive, and collaborative way.
- Coordinating delivery across cross-functional teams to ensure projects land on time and with impact.
- Running workshops, fostering knowledge-sharing, and inspiring continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
- Track record of working in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
Required Skills
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills — you know when to step in and when to let teams self-organise.
- Confident communicator who can influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable using delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or Miro (or equivalents).
Preferred Skills
- Consulting experience or exposure to agile transformation programmes.
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC etc.) — nice to have, not essential.
