We are a growing healthtech company running a telemedicine platform and a portfolio of technology-enabled clinical services for the NHS. Our products support clinicians and patients by improving access to specialist advice and reducing pressure on frontline services.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Lead to take ownership of an existing NHS pipeline and open new doors to drive revenue growth through both conversion and new opportunity development.
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time, Flexible, Remote with 2-3 times per month travel to Oxford/London and occasional conferences & customer workshops
Salary: Competitive (Fixed & performance related bonus and commission scheme)
- Lead complex sales cycles from early engagement through to close, in both direct award and tender environments
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across clinical, operational, and commercial functions
- Work closely with commissioning, clinical and delivery teams to shape compelling, outcome-focused propositions
- Contribute to marketing & commercial strategy, product, pricing, and go-to-market approach
- Multi-year experience selling healthtech, digital health, or tech-enabled clinical services
- Experience with NHS front-door demand management, referral management and virtual clinical services is a plus
- A large network of NHS connections to leverage
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Coach and mentor to colleagues in the commercial team
