Overview

PA Consulting is hiring for a Service Desk Analyst role in Melbourn, United Kingdom. This is a full-time position within the Global Service Desk, supporting PA colleagues and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers; excellent communication and a personable manner are essential.
  • Work with on-the-job training to resolve common queries and understand when to escalate.
  • Collaborate with the Global Service Desk and related teams to deliver effective IT support.

Shift pattern

Note: Applicants should be available to work in varying shift patterns covering hours between 07:00 and 19:00 (GMT) and weekend shifts on a rotation every eight weeks.
