Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Resolve common IT queries and determine when to seek escalation for more serious issues.

Qualifications
- Customer service, problem solving, and IT enthusiasm.

- Availability to work varying shift patterns between 07:00 and 19:00 GMT, including weekend shifts on an eight‑week rotation.
