What You Can Expect

• Work in agile best practices with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, using technical skills to solve client problems.
• Participate in live white‑boarding sessions and asynchronous communication on Teams.
• Hybrid work with team on client site or office—up to 5 days per week on a client site.

• Plan and conduct user research, gather customer insights, and translate feedback into product requirements.
• Develop and communicate compelling product strategies and visions aligned to client ambition.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development—vision, strategy, backlog, epics, stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Own, maintain, and enhance product KPIs, metrics, and success criteria.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate updates and address concerns.

Qualifications – Essential Requirements

• Experience in design, business design, organisational change, system thinking, commercial case making, roadmap creation, horizon scanning, analysis, and consulting.
• Customer‑obsessed, adept at using appropriate tools to understand and validate problems.
• Form early hypotheses and iterate collaboratively.
• Strong collaboration skills—reconciling differences, challenging and refining ideas.
• Impactful storytelling with data to persuade formal senior audiences.
• Balance product pragmatism with and measurement calls.
• Enjoy working with engineering teams, explaining the ‘why’ and shaping the ‘how’.
• Use data for decisions and build metrics reflecting success or failure.
• Prove experience with AI tools in product management to enhance ideation and decision‑making.
• Support clients in identifying opportunities to deliver value through AI, aligning features to business and customer objectives.

Please be aware that some of our UK roles require a UK security clearance. All staff undergo background checks for the Baseline Personnel Security Standard; some roles require higher levels of National Security Vetting, with a minimum of 5 years residency in the UK.
