Responsibilities:
- Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. You’ll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects.
- Participate in live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams.
- Embrace an environment that values our stated company values.
- Plan and conduct user research and gather customer insights to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and preferences. Translate user feedback and market insights into actionable product requirements and improvements.
- Develop and communicate compelling product strategies and visions that align with the client’s strategic ambition and customer needs. Define and iterate clear product roadmaps and prioritise features and enhancements based on research, market trends, and business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, including vision, strategy, backlog management, and translating requirements into epics and stories.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ensure effective product development and delivery. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure alignment across teams to achieve goals and milestones.
- Own, maintain, develop and enhance product KPIs, metrics and value/success criteria.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, customers, and internal teams, to gather input, communicate updates, and address concerns. Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication channels to support product initiatives.

Essential requirements:
- Experience design, business design, organisation change, system thinking, commercial case making, roadmap creation, horizon-scanning, analysis and consulting.
- Customer obsessed and know when to draw upon the right tools, with the right level of detail, to understand and validate customer problems.
- Forming and proposing early hypotheses as a starting point for collaborative iteration.
- Collaboration - reconciling differences, challenging and refining together, seeking feedback and counter-opinions.
- Creative, curious, and capable of solving complex problems.
- Using impactful storytelling techniques, backed by data, to explain, evangelise and persuade in formal settings to large senior audiences.
- Ability to balance product pragmatism against purism and to decide the level of discovery, experimentation and measurement needed when launching solutions.
- Love working with engineering teams, explaining the ‘why’ and collaborating on the ‘how’.
- Use of data to make decisions and to build strategies around metrics that reflect success or failure.
- Have evidence of using AI tools and techniques within the product management process to enhance ideation and decision-making, and to deliver client value at pace.
- Support clients in identifying opportunities to deliver value through AI, ensuring features are practical and aligned to business and customer objectives.
