This is a growth-focused role combining the strategic development of existing accounts with new-logo acquisition.

The focus will be approximately 70% account growth and 30% new-business development.

You will inherit an established geographical territory with significant existing customer relationships alongside significant whitespace and new-logo potential across the territory.

You will have access to Emixa's technical specialists, solution consultants, marketing capability and Siemens partner ecosystem to develop and close complex software and services opportunities.

You will be responsible for growing Emixa's Siemens Xcelerator portfolio across Southern England, helping engineering and manufacturing organisations address complex business challenges through Siemens CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, ALM and low-code technologies, supported by Emixa's training, consultancy and implementation services.

You'll join an established and successful sales team with the opportunity to develop a significant territory and build your reputation within one of Europe's leading digital transformation businesses.

We are looking for a commercially driven and experienced sales professional with a strong track record in B2B technology or complex solution sales.

  • The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate
  • Proven success in developing existing customer accounts while also creating and closing new-logo opportunities.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles from initial qualification through to successful close.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer business challenges and develop appropriate commercial and technical solutions.
  • Confidence engaging with senior management and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to identify value, build compelling business cases and negotiate effectively.
  • Disciplined territory, account, pipeline and forecast management.
  • The ability to develop trusted, long-term customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand Emixa's presence within strategic accounts.
  • A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to take ownership of your territory and drive your own outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a credible and professional approach to customer engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and execute appropriate sales strategies.
  • Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology or digital transformation would be advantageous.
  • Business change or transformation experience would also be beneficial.
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the territory, inc. overnight stays where required.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and collaborative team, take ownership of a significant territory and build long-term strategic customer relationships while developing both existing accounts and substantial new‑business opportunities.
