Our Delivery Team is PA’s Centre of Excellence for all project, programme and portfolio capability. The team has a great reputation for realising high value outcomes for our clients by supporting and leading delivery across the most critical projects, programmes and portfolios. Developing meaningful and long-standing partnerships with our clients, the team also has an extensive track record of providing crucial advisory services and building delivery capability and delivery excellence for client teams at all levels.
Our growing local team covers the full spectrum of delivery expertise. Our experience ranges from supporting highly complex business transformations, to leading on change management activities, developing organisation strategies and planning digital led change. Our team primarily operates across the public sector for clients in Central & local Government, Health and Defence & Security. We are able to provide deep sector insight and bring fresh perspectives to delivery challenges.
Some Example Of Our Exciting Assignments Include:
- Supporting the Education sector redefine and optimise their shared services offering to customers, using digital technology to replace manual, paper processing
- Designing and delivering a new national operating model within the police and justice sector to improve service delivery for citizens and victims of crime
- Helping a global pharmaceutical company establish the governance and corporate structures to rapidly expand local production
- Working closely with the Health Service to transform how HR & payroll is delivered for over 100,000 staff members
- Managing key transformation programmes in the NHS to improve patient care and sustainability.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the potential to become future project and programme leaders, with skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Core experience of delivery in project and programme environments, with an understanding of delivery/change methodologies, processes, techniques and common challenges
- A track record of realising business benefits and outcomes
- The ability to demonstrate leadership skills in large and diverse project teams
- Ability to work across multiple levels of an organisation
- An aptitude for delivering creative and ingenious solutions
The ideal candidate will also have experience working with Public Service clients, and be from a consulting background, or heavily involved in project planning and delivery within the public sector. You will have approximately 3-7 years experience, and be ambitious to both drive local growth and your own career progression.
