Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Resolve common IT queries and determine when to seek escalation for more serious issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a personable manner.
Qualifications
- Customer service, problem solving, and IT enthusiasm.
- Curiosity to learn more about technology.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work varying shift patterns between 07:00 and 19:00 GMT, including weekend shifts on an eight‑week rotation.
Security and Background Checks
UK roles may require a UK security clearance and a baseline personnel security standard. Applicants must be a British citizen or have resided in the UK for at least 5 years to qualify for higher levels of national security vetting.
