Why Join Us? At Enfuse, you’ll lead Operational Intelligence engagements that sit at the intersection of process, people, data, and technology, helping clients solve real problems through process excellence, automation, and intelligent operations. You’ll translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions, overseeing work across process modelling, workflow automation, low-code platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities. As a Manager, you’ll take full ownership of delivery quality, pace, and outcomes, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, steering decision‑making, and ensuring solutions deliver real value and adoption. Alongside client delivery, you’ll play a key role in developing our people and capability – coaching consultants, role‑modelling best practice, and contributing to the growth and maturity of the Op‑i practice.
About The Role As a Manager – Operational Intelligence, you’ll be accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of client engagements, leading teams and contributing to the growth of Enfuse’s Op‑i capability. You’ll work across process, technology, automation, and AI‑enabled transformation, helping clients improve performance, decision‑making, and ways of working. This role suits someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of people, process, and technology, and who is comfortable balancing client leadership with hands‑on delivery oversight.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Owning delivery quality, pace, and outcomes across complex client engagements
- Leading multiple workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Advising clients on Op‑i strategy and solution direction, then leading delivery through to adoption
- Designing and overseeing process improvement, automation, and intelligent operations initiatives
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Manager, Director, Exec level)
- Facilitating workshops, steering decision‑making, and managing challenging conversations
- Line managing and developing Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Contributing to the growth of the Op‑i capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and IP
- Supporting account growth and the shaping of new client opportunities
Requirements We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 8+ years’ experience in management consulting or a comparable transformation‑focused role
- Proven experience leading complex workstreams or full projects, with accountability for outcomes
- Strong client‑facing experience, engaging senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
- A track record delivering process‑led, digital, automation, or data‑enabled transformation
- Experience managing and developing consultants on live engagements
- Exposure to the full delivery lifecycle, from problem definition through to implementation and adoption
- A strong understanding of how processes, people, data, and technology interact within operating models
You don’t need to be hands‑on technical, but you must be able to lead, assure, and challenge delivery.
Desirable:
- Sector experience in Travel & Transport, Retail & Hospitality, Public Sector, or Higher Education
- Exposure to tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath, Power Platform, Appian, n8n, or Copilot Studio
- Experience with AI‑enabled operating models or orchestration frameworks
- Experience building internal toolkits, methodologies, or accelerators
Interview Process:
- Stage 1 – Competency Interview
- Stage 2 – Case Study: A practical, delivery‑focused case study and Behaviours Interview
- Stage 3 – Final Conversation: A discussion with a senior leader to explore role fit, culture, and growth potential.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary, travel allowance and discretionary annual bonus of up to 10%, subject to overall company performance and individual contribution.
- Private medical healthcare, ÂŁ40 monthly wellness allowance, gym membership discounts, and eye test vouchers.
- Competitive pension, company performance bonus, and travel allowance.
- 25 days holiday (plus public holidays), the option to buy 5 extra days, 1 company day off, and 1 volunteering day off.
- In‑house training, monthly 1:1 career path meetings, and support for professional certifications.
- Employee assistance program, birthday gift, and themed care packages.
- Regular team meet‑ups, social events, and sustainable company swag.
