What You Can Expect
- Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office to be with colleagues – you'll be part of a small team of administrators enabling our recruiters to hire fast
- Coordinate high-volume recruitment processes from interview to verbal offer
- Manage candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure smooth, timely processes (in different time zones) in our ATS, SmartRecruiters
- Handle interview logistics, including room bookings and feedback sessions
- Raise and track purchase orders for agencies and search firms
- Use AI insights and data to drive process improvements
- Use Excel where required to track processes
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify opportunities for automation (e.g. self-scheduling where appropriate)

- Experience using ATSs to coordinate high-volume recruitment processes
- Experience in a fast-paced admin or recruitment support role
- Highly organised with high attention to detail
- An ability to quickly prioritise (and re-prioritise) your workload when needed
- Clear communication and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Experience using systems and data to improve processes
- Curiosity (and ideally experience) using AI and automation in recruitment
