The Social Value Bid and Delivery Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Social Value team, providing essential support in the implementation and continuous improvement of social value initiatives, bids, strategies, knowledge management and reporting, helping to bring social value commitments to life across a range of projects and clients.
You will be a key link in creating compelling and differentiated Social Value propositions, clearly articulated, costed and tracked, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in regular review and reporting of social value performance. This role helps instil a culture of continuous improvement by supporting knowledge-sharing, capability building, maintaining resources, and contributing to awareness and engagement across the business.
