What You’ll Do
- Lead some of our most complex and high‑profile Infrastructure engagements.
- Shape propositions and go‑to‑market focus in priority subsectors.
- Play a visible role in growing accounts, developing people, and strengthening Curzon’s position in the market.
In Your First 6–12 Months You Can Expect
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of major Infrastructure engagements, from problem definition through to measurable outcomes.
- Mentor consultants and shape how Curzon partners with Infrastructure clients.
- Bring significant experience delivering strategy or transformation programmes across Infrastructure, Utilities, Transport, Energy, or Major Projects.
- Direct involvement in practice growth, including proposition development, thought leadership and priority accounts.
What You’ll Need
- Significant experience delivering strategy or transformation programmes within Infrastructure, Utilities, Transport, Energy or Major Projects environments.
- Demonstrable commercial capability: scoping, pricing, margin management and account growth.
- Ability to diagnose complex performance issues and translate them into practical, implementable change.
- Demonstrable delivery of complex strategy or transformation engagements in Infrastructure or adjacent sectors.
- Seven years minimum experience in management consulting.
