We are looking for an exceptional Operations Service Manager to become an integral part of the PA Consulting‑led Argenti care technology partnership. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned manager driven to think outside the box and innovate in care technology.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of an operational care technology service, including managing referrals, coordinating partner organisations, driving continuous improvement, and meeting operational KPIs.
- Manage the service delivery team.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans related to privacy, security, and usability.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Performance Manager to ensure accurate service performance reports.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead operational engagement with service user groups.
- Direct the Quality Assurance Programme, ensuring it meets contractual and regulatory standards.
- Manage assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead the team in reviewing cases and corresponding with service user groups.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to foster continuous improvement in care technology.
Qualifications:
- Seasoned manager with experience in care technology, social care, or health services.
- Proven ability to inspire and work effectively with diverse stakeholders; experience managing remote teams.
- Passion for adult social care and supporting people to improve their lives.
- Good understanding of care technology outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to produce well‑structured reports.
- Strong organisational skills focusing on project management and attention to detail.
- Located in or able to commute to South West London twice a week.
- Excellent understanding of social care users and their needs.
