Capgemini Invent is a global partner in digital transformation and sustainability. We are looking for a specialist to shape and deliver recruitment technology strategy for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to global recruitment leaders, shaping their view of future recruitment and the technology needed to support it.
  • Lead go‑to‑market recruitment technology propositions, specialising in SmartRecruiters implementation, optimisation, and transitions from SAP SuccessFactors to SmartRecruiters.
  • Design and advise on technology‑enabled recruitment strategies and operating models aligned to business growth and talent priorities.
  • Provide deep expertise across the recruitment technology landscape, including ATS, CRM, AI‑driven talent intelligence and automation platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Phenom, Eightfold).
  • Translate emerging trends into practical, scalable solutions for clients, driving innovation in recruitment technology.

Qualifications

  • Client‑facing experience implementing SmartRecruiters (required); experience with other platforms (e.g., Phenom, Eightfold) desirable.
  • Proven ability to support the successful implementation of technology solutions for talent acquisition processes, including end‑to‑end transformation, TOM design, recruitment process and experience design, technology‑enabled service delivery, and change management.

Optional Skills

  • Background in a major consulting firm or industry with experience delivering consulting solutions in a matrixed organisation; proposition building and delivery experience.
  • Business development experience generating significant consulting revenues (e.g., ~£2m for a Director role or ~£4m for a Vice‑President role).
