What You Can Expect
- Be part of our management team, helping shape and launch new service propositions while driving strategic business growth within Public Services.

Essential requirements
- Strong track record of shaping and delivering architectural solutions that align with business and user needs.
- Experience working with public sector organisations, particularly central government, and an understanding of the challenges they face.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Comfortable working across multiple architecture domains (e.g. business, application, integration) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in using architecture frameworks and modelling tools to support strategic planning and delivery.
- An established network of senior stakeholders within the public sector, with a proven ability to nurture and expand relationships that support business development and long-term client partnerships.
Assessment process
- Introductory Call with one of our senior Talent Acquisition partners to explore your background, the opportunity and PA.
- Round 1: 3x competency interviews, allowing you to meet different members of PA.
- Final Round: Business plan presentation with PA leaders – you will be given guidance and time to prepare in advance.
