YOUR ROLE

As a Lead ERP Architect, you will make transformative contributions to our clients’ businesses. You will:

  • Develop large clients’ ERP target architectures and roadmaps and govern delivery against them.
  • Be clients’ visionary advisor, aligning their overall operating models with the opportunities afforded by ERP solutions and their integration into autonomous systems.
  • Make a leadership contribution to Capgemini’s architecture community.
  • Advance our vendor alliance relationships in partnership with Capgemini colleagues, mentor developing talent, curate learning materials and experiences and maintain the maturity of our delivery and business development assets.

Role

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience of leading the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle solutions across multiple business units. Have market leading knowledge of Oracle technology and how it supports best-in-class operating models in a range of industries. You can create and execute an enterprise architecture roadmap aligning enterprises application portfolios with their business strategies. Have experience in the related technologies demanded by and commonly implemented with Oracle solutions including major cloud platforms IaaS & PaaS, Identity and Access Management, data platforms, Service Management, automation solutions, IoT, Operational Technology, API management. Ability to demonstrate technical mastery in architecture frameworks, system design, integration, and data management. Ability to demonstrate business relevance, understanding the needs of operational managers and users and articulating leading practices for major components of enterprise operating models. Can govern capably, with demonstrable experience of operating Just-In-Time and Just-Enough Architecture to achieve incremental value realisation. Ability to operationalise customers’ business strategies, identifying the best combinations of business and technology solutions to leverage the differentiating benefits of Oracle applications. Advise on when to adapt and when to adopt based on the unique circumstances of that client. Can support our clients on their digital transformations for their ERP solutions. Evidence of cultivating strong relationships among working teams, senior leadership and alliance partners. Be responsible for developing our business, carrying a personal sales target of Ā£1m (for Senior Manager grades). Ability to develop our next generation of digital architects through formal line management and informal mentoring, coaching and learning development. You must be cleared or eligible to obtain a UK Security Clearance.
