This is an exciting opportunity to work within the PA Talent team and play a pivotal role within the Performance and Reward cycle for PA globally.
As the Global Performance Appraisal Specialist (GPAS), you will lead all our people through the entire performance review cycle, maximising its value. You are the lynchpin of this process and work hand in hand with key HR stakeholders, leaders of the Capability Streams, GTMs and Functions, and our Performance Appraisal Coordinator (PAC) community to ensure this fundamental mechanism for development runs efficiently for both individuals being reviewed and for those driving it for their teams. You will also work in partnership with the HR Reward team at the end of the Performance cycle where you will spend time supporting the team. As our performance approach continues to evolve, you will be key in supporting and implementing changes, providing further opportunities for personal growth and development.

- Year end coordination across the firm to deliver the process from start to finish
- Partner goals coordination and reporting
- Collation of mid year and year end Partner feedback
- Supporting Reward with Performance data
Responsibilities
- Organisation, communication, processing and analysing sensitive data.
- Scheduling and coordination of all performance/promotion reviews.
- Communicating with senior stakeholders across the firm throughout the cycle, guiding and advising them on performance/promotions process.
- Leading and driving the PAC and HRBP community on changes/process and timings.
- Utilising our performance system Workday, to facilitate our performance approach.
- Responding to questions/queries daily.
- Ad‑hoc reporting.
- Working and supporting the Reward team to support the Year End bonus/salary process.
