We are seeking to grow our Customer Transformation consulting practice by hiring a dynamic marketing strategy & transformation consultant to help accelerate the growth of Martechāenabled transformation and address the complexity of AIābased marketing solutions.
- Previous relevant experience, preferably in a consultancy/agency or industry.
- Experience delivering marketing transformations.
- Highālevel understanding of MarTech or AdTech, capable of delivering marketing technology solutions to clients.
- Ability to turn business objectives into capabilities and map those to technical solutions.
- Experience driving digital transformation in areas such as building marketing strategies, designing futureāfit marketing operations, and activating content, data & technology to deliver growth.
This role blends management consulting skills with marketing technology, strategy and operations expertise.
- Define modern MarTech and AdTech ecosystems for clients, delivering impactful solutions that improve ROI.
- Embed marketing services and MarTech capabilities alongside supporting processes, operating models and governance frameworks.
- Analyse and optimise clients' marketing services and MarTech stacks, identifying inefficiencies and designing solutions to enhance operations and maximise ROI.
- Deliver objective insights into products, tools and approaches within the marketing services and MarTech space.
- Stay informed of best practices, emerging technology trends and innovations in digital media, data integration, marketing automation, digital asset management and more.
- Help organisations unlock AI potential by defining pilots, scaling approaches and embedding AI into their marketing practices.
Industry experience across Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Utilities, Telco, Public Sector.
