Your Role
As the ERP Change Lead at Capgemini Invent, you will be at the forefront of guiding organizations through the complexities of ERP transformations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of new ERP systems and processes. By leveraging your expertise in change management, you will help clients navigate the human side of change, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement.
Role Responsibilities
- Business Development ā Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal Contribution ā Campaign development, internal thinkātanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & Development ā Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
Your Profile
- Developing Change Management Strategies: Design comprehensive change management frameworks tailored to the specific needs of ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Facilitate effective communication with key stakeholders at all levels, including executives and endāusers, to build awareness, understanding, and support for the ERP transformation initiatives.
- Training and Development Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of tailored training programs that equip users with the skills and knowledge required to effectively utilize new ERP systems, fostering confidence and competence in the new processes.
- Resistance Management: Identify potential sources of resistance and develop proactive strategies to address concerns, ensuring smooth transitions and promoting a positive mindset towards change among employees.
- Monitoring and Measuring Change Impact: Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve strategies and support the longāterm success of ERP implementations.
