The Role: We are recruiting Digital Change Consultants (Consultant Analyst, Consultant, Senior Consultant grades) with proven experience in digital change, either in industry or within a consulting role, to join our People and Change Capability. You will help clients design and deliver digital change and transformation programmes, integrating technology adoption with behaviour change, organisational change, workforce transformation and new ways of working. You will typically work on complex transformation programmes where success depends on both technology and people adoption. Hybrid working – we require a minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on client site. Actual time may vary by role, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
Qualifications:
- Experience in designing and delivering digital and data transformation programmes that balance technology implementation with behavioural and cultural change.
- Practical change‑management fundamentals in fast‑moving digital environments (impact assessment, engagement, communications, adoption measurement).
- Embedding digital‑first ways of working to drive enablement and adoption, including end‑user adoption, mindset shift, capability building and coaching for leaders and teams.
- Understanding and application of digital tools and techniques such as machine learning, automation, and predictive analytics to develop insights, inform decision‑making and enhance collaboration.
- Assessing the impact of large‑scale digital transformations and preparing behavioural interventions that embed new ways of working across all levels of an organisation.
- Integrating data analytics, interpretation and insights into change management, workforce planning and decision‑making processes.
- Understanding how digital platforms (e.g. ERP) impact workforce planning, culture and decision‑making.
- Leveraging data to measure change readiness, effectiveness and enable informed decision‑making.
- Advising on skills implications of digital and AI adoption, including reskilling, capability uplift and workforce transition.
- Conducting user research and engagement activities (interviews, workshops, usability testing) to inform digital change strategies.
