Your Role
The Tech PM Technical Lead is responsible for delivery of technical projects, ensuring technical integrity, governance compliance and alignment with client objectives. The role bridges technical implementation and project management, requiring strong expertise in both areas and a deep understanding of technical tools such as Power BI, Power Apps and other components of the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Governance: Manage scope, timelines and budgets, ensure adherence to Capgemini and client governance frameworks, conduct risk assessments and maintain compliance with security and audit standards.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee configuration, customisation and integration of Power Apps and technical modules (Power Query, DAX and Power BI including custom visuals). Guide teams on scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies) and workflow automation.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and solution design.
- Quality Assurance: Drive UAT, performance testing and defect resolution; ensure documentation and knowledge transfer.
